Google Apps Support Microsoft Outlook
Google launched Google Apps sync for Microsoft Outlook, it says will allow customers to use both applications together perfectly.
The product will allow users to connect Outlook to Google Apps for your web-mail, contacts and calendar. Users can also access information on his work computer through the Gmail interface when they are elsewhere.
Robert Whiteside, Google Enterprise director of the United Kingdom, explained that the service is designed to encourage more companies to take a Google Apps Premier Edition.
“This only adds to the offline capabilities of Google Apps have been added recently, and support of BlackBerry,” he said. “It will enable the deployment of Google Apps for businesses through the company to continue to use Outlook until implantation is complete.”
Whiteside claimed that Google Apps offers Sync “extremely tight” integration between the two offers. For example, users may accept a meeting request sent via Outlook to Google Apps in your calendar and contacts will be completely synchronized.
A simple two-click the data migration, it will allow employees to easily copy data from Exchange or Outlook to Google Apps.
