HP finally has begun to accept webOS 3.0 apps from third-party. This is possible after the company released an SDK for the operating system in February. Palm Launch New Web OS
The smartphone battle among big vendor including Palm push Palm to introduce a new mobile webOS during CES show in Vegas for their handsets. As confirmed by Palm CEO Jon Rubinstein at their investor conference, the OS upgrade will improve battery life, app performance, WiFi speeds and best of all, improve device speed and responsiveness. Palm aware with their competitor such as Android and Apple, and they are hoping to more improve their functionality. Or in other words, Palm Pre handset will have improved OS before sell to customer.
