I am Ubuntu user since Ubuntu version 5.04. More 3 years I’m using Ubuntu as my primary operating system on my laptop. I have some reasons for this. I always change the laptop every years to get new experience and upgrade to higher specs. The laptop that I use is come from many brand such as IBM, Acer, HP -before buy Compaq-, old sony vaio and now the latest laptop is Compaq Presario CQ40.
Every release of new Ubuntu, I always try to do dist-upgrade before do clean install to upgrade to new version. Now, new version of Ubuntu will release. The code name is Jaunty Jackalope that serious with user experience.
And as usual Ubuntu release the Live CD version before you decided to install on your system. Pick the live CD version and get new experience with Jaunty Jackalope on beta version. For screenshoot, you could go to below and feel the different with previous version. Do you like it?
